• Profile: budget, move-in date, neighborhoods, lifestyle preferences, bio, and optional age.
• Application data: self-reported income, employment, and credit range — shared with a landlord only when you apply.
• Content: messages, listings, photos, and lease documents you create.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service: match roommates, form groups, surface listings, process applications, generate lease documents, and notify you of activity. Financial details are surfaced to landlords only at the point of application.

3. What's public vs. private

Your bio, budget range, move-in timeline, and lifestyle tags are visible to other renters to enable matching. Your income and exact credit details are never shown on your public profile — they are disclosed to a landlord only when your group applies.

4. Sharing

We share information with landlords you apply to, with roommates in your group, and with service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, authentication, email). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Your choices

You can edit your profile, withdraw applications, and request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated data, subject to records we must retain for legal or security reasons.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and row-level access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
